    • GAHT (hormones): Unrushed 30-60 minute consults, external labs, e-prescribing, continuity care.

    • Neurotoxins: Subtle Botox®/Xeomin® by physician injector when desired.

    • Separate by default — overlap only if you want it.

  • Dr. John Fernandez, MD — Internal Medicine physician. You speak directly to your doctor here. No middle layers. No rush.

  • Not for appointments. AHM is intentionally self-pay so care stays personal and paced to you.


    External labs and pharmacy prescriptions may still use your insurance.

  • No urgent care. No walk-ins. No acute infections (flu, COVID, strep, etc.).
    We stay fully in the lane of continuity and wellbeing-focused care.

    • GAHT consult: 30-60 min

    • Toxins: 10–30 min

    • Injection training for new GAHT patients: 30 min, free

    • 1-month GAHT check-in: telehealth, free with initial visit

    • Routine continuity GAHT: Every 3 months in year 1, then every 6-12 months when consistent dose achieved

    • Routine toxins (if continuing): every 3–4 months

  • Yes — when clinically appropriate, including ongoing renewal for continuity.

  • For established GAHT patients: Yes, including referral coordination and letters of medical necessity when needed. Pre-operative appointments available for optimization within 30 days prior to a procedure (as needed by surgical office).

  • Hormone metabolism is primarily handled by the liver and kidneys, assisted by CYP proteins.


    Each route has its own timing rhythm (daily for pills, weekly for injections, months-scale for SHBG adjustments).
