How the initial visit works

The initial consultation is $350. If you decide to enroll in Aurum Direct Care within 7 days, that $350 applies in full toward your first quarter — so getting started runs $100 more. If you're not ready after one visit, that's fine. The consultation stands on its own.

After your first quarter, Aurum Direct Care renews at $450/quarter with no per-visit fees.
