How the initial visit works

For Direct Care (cash pay outside insurance): payment is $150 a month with no per-visit fees.

After your first quarter, Aurum Direct Care is also available to renew at $400 per quarter.

For Insurance Care: I am currently in the process for becoming in-network for some commercial insurance plans. Stay tuned.
