Aurum Direct Care · $150 per month (paid quarterly at $450 per 3 months):

— Unlimited GAHT appointments as clinically appropriate

• This option is best for people newly starting on hormone therapy, people who want consistency and control over their care, or people who have complex medical history requiring more frequent visits.

  Fee-for-Service: (available for established patients >1 year)

• Annual GAHT Consultation (60 min) · $350

• Follow-up Visit (30-60 min) · $165

• Pre-Operative Medical Exam · $175

Select Aesthetic Services (neurotoxins):

— Botox · $15 per unit

— Xeomin · $13 per unit
